Internal server error 500 on system/licensing- How to resolve?
hi everyone! My Splunk is working correctly, but when I go to System -> Licensing the error 500 appears. On web_service.log

Do you have any ideas to troubleshoot this problem?

Do you maybe have a lot of license messages? I've seen that triggering this issue.

Did you manage to solve this, seeing the same error on 9.1.1 while trying to investigate a license violation using a Developer License.

The same issue here with 9.0.5 as well. (after upgrade)

@kamihi - Have you made any changes from the backend that could probably have broken this?
If no, you can probably contact Splunk Support to get help!!!

no, nothing. My Splunk version is 9.0 . I really want to find the problem. Do you have any other ideas?
