hi everyone! My Splunk is working correctly, but when I go to System -> Licensing the error 500 appears. On web_service.log

Do you have any ideas to troubleshoot this problem?
Do you maybe have a lot of license messages? I've seen that triggering this issue.
Did you manage to solve this, seeing the same error on 9.1.1 while trying to investigate a license violation using a Developer License.
The same issue here with 9.0.5 as well. (after upgrade)
I'm having the same error in version 9.0.4. Did you find a fix for this?
@kamihi - Have you made any changes from the backend that could probably have broken this?
If no, you can probably contact Splunk Support to get help!!!
I hope this helps!!! Upvote is appreciated!!!
no, nothing. My Splunk version is 9.0 . I really want to find the problem. Do you have any other ideas?
@kamihi - Splunk support is the best bet in this situation then.
I hope this helps!!! Upvote is appreciated!!!
