In which form should we create the certificates?

We are about to replace the certificates on our secure farm. When we produce the certificates in venafi, in which form should we create them?

The options are Java Keystore form, PKCS#12, PKCS#7, DER, PEM(OpenSSL) and PEM(PKCS#8).
