I need to apply color on bar graph based on the free disk space value which will be used a trellis for many host

I want to apply color based on the free disk space for a host . Each host have multiple drives and free space capacity. capacity are in GB. IF drive is 0-50 GB then bar should be Red color and vice versa
Example
host Drive Free_space
aaa C 120
aaa D 500
aaa E 50
bbb C 110
bbb D 250
CCC C 100
CCC E 500
