How to use 24-hour clock in dashboard studio tables and charts?

Hi, 

I need to use 24-hour clock instead of AM/PM on my dashboard studio tables and charts, but it automatically uses AM/PM. I have tried to change my locale on browser, but it only works on search but not on dashboard studio. 

Any solutions appreciated!
