How to show splunk panels in a dashboard vertically?

I have a view to create for a dashboard where I need to show each row vertically and each row having 6 single value panels
any leads would help. Thanks

@architkhanna the answer to this question would depend on what you have on the other side of the single value in each row. Can you mock up the required layout with visualization used in each panel for use to assist you better?
