How to set up custom dashboard refresh time intervals for users?

I'm planning for a multi-tenant setup where I'll have a dashboard called "Operations Monitoring". Currently, it is set to refresh every 5 minutes.

My need is:

When user1 logs in (with role A), the refresh interval should be 5 minutes
When user2 logs in (with role B), the refresh interval should be 10 minutes

How do I achieve this functionality.

I think its not achievable for same dashboard , you can create separate dashboards and can achieve this
