How to rearrange options in filter?

Is it possible to rearrange the list in the filter. what i mean by here is "Can i move business process enablment down amd move COE Veeva at the top"

If your list is static, you can move the entries manually. If it's generated by search, you can add another field to sort by  and not display that field.
