How to pass multiple tokens via HTML link to another dashboard?

I have a link in my dashboard and I want to pass two tokens with the link to another dashboard.
These two tokens are are named $token_host$ and $token_customer$.

So I made the following link which is used in the "a href" tag in html:

https://myhost:8000/de-DE/app/its-test-scs/event_logs#de-DE/app/its-test-scs/event_logs?form.token_c...; target="_blank">

Unfortunately only the second token is recognized in the new dashboard.
I escaped the & in the link with amp;

Do you know how I can fix this issue?

Thanks a lot

I believe you're missing a & in the amp;. Regardless, you should use the CDATA section for escaping URL, you will not need to escape characters individually. Like this

Thanks for your reply, but I dont want to do this with a drilldown.
The best solution for me would be if I can use a html panel.:

  <html>
<h1>
     <a href="https://splunkshmsg.ncaop.net:8000/de-DE/app/its-test-scs/khi_dashboard_klonen_klonen#de-DE/app/its-test-scs/khi_dashboard_klonen_klonen?form.token_host=$token_host$&amp;form.token_customer=$token_customer$" target="_blank">Performance Counter</a>
    </h1>

</panel>

Thanks for your reply. I have the & in the amp, but it doesn't work.
Where should I place the CDATA section? Before the link?
