How to deploy a tag created so other users can view and edit within the dashboard?

I need to deploy a tag so that other users can view or edit within the dashboard.

Any feedback/advice is much appreciated.

Once your tag creates , gives him permission "global" or shared ; then give write access and reading to all users . Reassure you also that the application in which you created the tag has permission "global" .
