How to create a dashboard that gives information about our alerts?

Can we create a dashboard which gives the information of the alerts like:

Name of alert ,   Date sent ,   Time sent
Who the alert was sent to ,    Number of times the alert triggered during that calendar day 

Is this possible or an out of box solution in Splunk?
