How to change the dashboard layout while change the panel size and location?

Hi, 

I habe three panels in one row. Since Panel A and B have less information and are 'think', it looks weird together with the 'thick' panel C in a row. I would like to stack A and B Panels together and then put them next to C.

How shall I realize that? Many thanks for help!
