How to change the background color of a scatter or bubble graph in XML?

I want to change the background color of a bubble or scatter graph.
Something like heat map, but it should be in form of graph.
how to achieve that in xml ?

Hi,

This will add background color to whole panel.
I want to change color of area between x-axis and y-axis.
Kind of axis color, area where you can see graph result.
Kind of heat map.
