To Add any line in Dashboard title you can add in xml/ui directly. For xml, under label tag you add dashboard title-

<label>hello world</label>

There is no way using only title tag?

     <title> hello \n world</title>

like
hello
world

using title tag you can add title to table.
If you want to add multiline title then you can use html tag like below-

<row>
                      <panel>
                        <html>
                        <div style="text-align: center;">
                          <h1>MY TITLE</h1> &lt;br/&gt;  <h1>FOLLOWING MY TILTLE</h1>
                        </div>
                      </panel>
                    </row>
