I would like to know how to add a label under a radial gauge panel?
I mean I want to set units under the radial gauge panel.

As far as I know this might not be possible : http://answers.splunk.com/answers/25553/how-to-set-radialgauge-text-value.html

But you can try adding a separate html code just below you chart to show the same information -
Here is example in simple xml -

     <panel>
        <chart>
        <search>
          <query>
          index=_internal source="*splunkd.log"
          ( log_level=ERROR OR log_level=WARN*
          OR log_level=FATAL OR log_level=CRITICAL )
          | stats count as log_events

          <earliest>-1h@h</earliest>
          <latest>now</latest>
        </search>
        <option name="charting.chart">radialGauge</option>
      </chart>
