How to add a formatted paragraph to a dashboard description?

I am trying to add a formatted paragraph to a dashboard description and not having the best of luck.

What I'm trying to do is have the text show up like so:

Resource: website link

Reference Info

Summary

The summary of the information. Does not matter if this adjusts to page size and wraps.

What I am getting though is:

Resource: website link Reference Info Summary The summary of the information. Does not matter if this adjusts to page size and wraps.

I am trying to do this in XML, but am a novice. Any assistance would be appreciated!

I just figured out how to get what I wanted. Just needed to create another panel that would use html within it.
