How can I draw a whole bunch of arrows on the map to visualize bus passenger flow?

The csv schema is the following:
fromPlaceName, fromLat, fromLon, toPlaceName, toLat, toLon, busNumber, passengerCount

take a look at the Route Map App https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/1628/ which will visualise the bus flow.
