Help to format column text through xml

I have a simple dashboard table where one of the columns is a download link. Is there a way to edit just the xml file of the dashboard and change the color of the text to blue in that column and also underline the same so that it appears like a downloadable link.

Thanks in advance

Add this as a panel (above the panel with the table)

    <panel depends="$alwaysHideCSSPanel$">
      <html>
        <style>
          #table_id td:nth-child(2) {
              color: blue !important;
              text-decoration: underline !important;
              text-decoration-color: blue !important;
          }
        </style>
      </html>
    </panel>

This assume you have an id for your table panel of "table_id" and you want the second column changed. Modify values accordingly. Note indexing in this instance starts at 1.
