Dashboards App (beta v0.70) starts with blank screen

Dashboard experts: After installing the Dashboards App (beta) on ES 7.3.7 I launch the app and end with a blank screen.  How can I troubleshoot this problem?

@AlexV which version of Splunk? May be reach out to Dashboard Team dashboards-beta@splunk.com with issue details like errors in UI, console, splunkd logs etc.
