Change cell color based on another field value

Is it possible to change the cell color not based on the cell value but based on another cell/field value?

Is there a way to do this without using CSS and JS? I do not have access to add files in the Splunk folder.

@baty0 using Simple XML alone you would need to merge the two cells together as one field and use colorPallette with expression to apply colors based on pattern match. However, you would need JS to remove other cell value once colors are applied as per your use case.
