Change Ownership of saved report

Is there an easy way to change the ownership of a report/dashboard within the UI? I know how to change the reports/dashboard ownership by copying the guts of a user and pasting it into another user via etc/user/local/.... , but is there a way to do this in the UI?

I want to store these reports into repository into one single user profile.

For saved reports you can go to $SPLUNK$/etc/apps/yoursearchhead/metadata/local.meta

you should be able to see all the reports that are saved there and the owners.
