Can we able to merge the column headers like excel

Hi,

Hope everyone are safe and doing great.!

I have a project to do with column header merging. Are we able to achieve the below format in splunk.
If so, can someone please provide some suggestions

No. You can't. You can use multivalued fields to display - as the name implies - multiple values in a single "cell" but that's it.

You can do, however, some tricky searching to - for example - empty a cell if it contains the same value as the cell above but it has its drawbacks.
