prometheus remote write to splunk

when the prometheus remote write to splunk will be supported by splunk?
I saw in the splunk docs that they dont support this app, this app works good?
if you have an idea of other ways to send prometheus can share

Not sure if you can use this Prometheus App or not. Check the documentation if you can use it.

Splunk doesn't support the app because they didn't build the app.

On splunkbase.splunk.com you'll find Splunk, Vendor, and 3rd party (community) developed and supported apps.

Anything not built by splunk will not be "supported" by splunk. Yet these apps should still work.

So the direct answer is splunk may never support this app.
