I wonder which security certification I can go for as more and more implementations of Splunk are security-based. So, for future employment with Splunk, which security certification would be good to have?
A major consulting firm spoke about -
-- Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
-- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
-- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
Any ideas, by any chance, about these ones? I got them from a job posting -
CompTIA Net+
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Security +
CPTE - Certified Penetration Testing Engineer
CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
Another post for Splunk and security asks for -
Industry Cyber Security Certifications including; CEH, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Certified Computer Security Incident Handler (CSIH), Splunk Certified Knowledge Manager, Splunk Certified Admin, and /or Splunk Certified Architect.
