How to get a list of all devices in splunk?

Good morning guys,

I am relatively new to splunk and I am trying to run a query that would give me a list of all the devices in my splunk environment and their descriptions. Would someone be so kind as to please provide me with the appropriate query to display this information. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
