I’m experiencing issues uploading custom dashboards from extensions. What do I do?
If you encounter issues while uploading dashboards via extensions, your best course of action is to create the dashboard directly from the Controller UI instead.
However, be sure to confirm that the metrics you would like to include in the dashboard are consistently reporting data to the Controller. Please review the Custom Dashboard documentation for instructions on how to create a dashboard from the Controller.
