Restarting Agent Coordinator Service

I amy using AppDynamics to monitor execution of Windows Services. Two questions regarding trhis:

1. If I restart the Agent Coordinator Service, do I need to restart any Windows Services that I am monitoring?

2. If I reboot the server do I have to ensure that Agent Coordinator Service, starts ahead of any Windows Services that I am monitoring?
