Issue to dowload 3.9 controller

I tried to download the 3.9 controller, but the page says " You are not authorized to access this page."  Can you contact me please, I will give you my company name to verify the qualification.

Hi Arun,

I am working in Alberta BlueCross in Canada, we have a routine meeting in a Wednesday morning every month with Collin Goredema. His email: Collin Goredema [collin.goredema@appdynamics.com].

We upgraded the controller to 3.8.6.0 version one month ago by my co-worker, this time I will upgrade to 3.9 version, but no permission to download. Please let me know if you need more information to grant the permission.
