Error for generate credential from Kubernetes and APM

I want to generate credentials to Authenticate a Collector (OpenTelemetry), but when I try to generate the file, the below error appears.

Can you guide me to know why?

Hi @Ricardo.Hernandez , By seeing error in your screenshot it look like its access related issue. Please check that you have required permissions.
