I am using this on a WebLogic 1.3.5 server and the agent is logging business transactions, but the file name still looks like it is showing 8_29 for the agent and business transaction logs, however, if you look at the server last access date the agent is still logging files in Business Transactions it just isn't showing them in the UI. What could cause this issue?

Thanks for writing in. We understood that you are using weblogic 10.3.5 vesion and no business transactions are discovered under Business transaction screen, though have made load and BTs are getting logged under <AppServerAgentLite_install_dir>/logs/ServerNode/Business-transactions-<timestamp>.log, let us knwo if any dusconnect.

We see such issues when you agent and lite viewer is not connect, can you confirm whether you see any messsage like "No agents connects" in viewer UI, we could see such issues when lite agent is not connecting to viewer host, let us know if this is not the case.
Can you please try the following and check how it goes:
- restart the lite viewer
- restart the server(weblogic with agent configured) and generate load on BTs (make load on servlets, struts, spring, ejb etc) at the webapp using browser
- check whether BTs discovered fine at viewer dashboard
If you still see the issue, send the following logs to debug further:
- send the screenshots depicting the issue from viewer UI
- zipped version of agent logs under <AppServerAgentLite_install_dir>/logs
- lite-viewer.log under <LiteViewer_install_dir>/logs
- configuration.xml under <LiteViewer_install_dir>
