why I couldn't complete resilient app configuration and got an internal network error 500 ?

I've installed Splunk ES on windows 10 and I was trying to add resilient app I made the first steps to add the address and credentials of my resilient server, however when I try to use it, I got a message to complete the configuration of the app, clicking the button to complete the configuration just gives internal error.
