when i am trying to save oauth settings(api key, api token,Access key, Access Token Secret) for splunk app for twitter data, i am getting timeout error on browser

After installing splunk app for twitter, i am trying to save the credential for twitter access. after clicking save button its taking too long to process and at last its giving timeout error. my splunk version is version 6 and twiiter app version is 3.0.1.
Please help me with this.

I have heard this error reported a few times, but never with enough information for me to reproduce the issue.

Please take a screencast of you attempting to install a fresh copy of Splunk, along with the app, and trigger the problem. Then upload the resulting video to YouTube (or some other hosting service) so that I can see how to get your error.
