We have upgraded splunk version and changed HF server to new. Mostly we have concerns about "app for AWS". We're losing few inputs after we added in splunk hf UI. This is happening very frequent and also we're having many internal errors.

This appears happening when it is copied over from other deployment or edited manually. Many cases of this kind have been resolved by editing it again via the Splunkweb GUI. It always has to be through the GUI.
