page not found error when I click "setup" on the app management page for Splunk Add-on for kafka,Why I get "Page not found" error when I try to setup Splunk Add-on for Kafka

I get a "Page not found" error when I click setup link on the Manage apps page .
I have downloaded the latest Splunk Add-on for Kafka.
Uploaded it through App management page
Restarted splunk.
Now , I am trying to click the "setup" link on the app management page, and I get a "Page not found error"
Could anyone help me please,

What version of Splunk platform are you using, and are you running this on Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud?

I am using standalone splunk Enterprise version 6.4.3
