I have recently installed the 5.0.1 *nix app and was having some problems with it... So I looked up the documentation and it mentions that the newest version is 5.0.2ta, but i don't see that version for download.

The newest version of the Splunk app for Unix and Linux is 5.0.1. What sort of issues are you having?
