layerDescription not working with markerType="SVG"

Hi, layerDescription field stops working and shows "undefined" in the layermenu on the map when i set markerType="SVG". But it works fine for default markerType (png). Anyone knows what might be wrong? I add the following line for SVG and layerDescription stops working.

eval markerType="svg"
