how to use downloaded apps in splunk

In splunk menu you go to:
App -> Manage apps -> Install app from file -> you point the file you downloaded.After installing you can see your new app in 'App' menu or you will need to enable in it 'Manage apps'

And then what to do i cant understand.it has come in SplunkforBlueCoat.tar.gz file format.
