dbConnect version 3 - db_inputs.conf - input_timestamp_column_number and input_timestamp_format

Having trouble finding documentation on these two parameters.
But, say column 3 is an epoch timestamp, would inputtimestampformat be a single 's'?

ie:

inputtimestampformat = s
