I have Cylance Protect app installed and see the data coming in there. When I go to Cylance app I can access all logs but when I run the same query from any other app dont see any logs.
We also have fortinet app installed and i can run a query from any app to check those logs but not with cylance. Dont think this is a permission issue.

None of our settings are global. This choice was intentional to prevent any conflicts between other apps and TAs. Feel free to change the permission of the app to Global along with any extractions, eventtypes, etc. This should resolve your issue.
