Why is there AWS Add-on for Splunk configuration error?

Getting the following error when trying to configure this on the on-prem instance of Splunk:

Does anyone have an answer as to why this is happening?

Refreshed server and now trying to delete the app and reinstall to see whether it works or not. Bumping this post to see if it can attract more attention.
