Why is the location-based information unavailable in reporting through the ServiceNow API?

Hello Team,
I hope everyone is fine. I have an issue here that I hope someone can help me with!
We have been reporting in Splunk through the ServiceNow API. We are able to report to every field, however when it comes to the fields such as location.site, location.country or location.city, the information is not available in the reports.
It is urgent. Can someone please help me how to rectify the situation?
