Why can't Splunk Add-on for JIRA Cloud go to internet via Proxy?

Hello everyone,

I've installed Splunk Add-on for Jira Cloud v1.0.1 on Splunk Enterprise v8.1 and I need to configure a Proxy for go to JIRA Cloud, but it doesn't work.

In Splunk UI, I've configure the JIRA Domain and then show "Failed to connect to validate domain".

Use TCPDump to understand the network flow without through internal proxy.

I've add the proxy configs under $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/system/local/server.conf and try to connect successfully by cURL.

May I know how it is? Have any suggestion?
