Why can't I install Splunk app for Vmware

it looks like a good app,all kinds of documentation sent me here. if apps are important why can't i download it? are these all the extras i will have to pay for in addition to paying for splunk?

The Splunk for VMware app is a "Premium app", along with PCI compliance and the Enterprise Security Suite. This means that you will have to pay for using it and the pricing in dependant on how much of your data is VMWare data. Please contact Splunk Sales for more information.
