Why am I unable download the OpenStack Nova Add-On for Splunk Enterprise?

I am trying to download the App OpenStack Nova Add-On for Splunk Enterprise, but facing issues. After logging in, once I click on the download button, we go to the Page http://www.crestdatasys.com/openstack/ where a link is provided to download "Splunk Technology Add-On for Nova". If I click on this, we again move back to the original download page. The whole download option is in a loop.

Has anybody faced this type of issue? Please kindly let me know how to resolve this.

The OpenStack Nova Add-On for Splunk Enterprise is a paid app and not publicly available for download.
