Why am I receiving Microsoft O365 Email Add-on for Splunk App - Python error?

Can anyone help with these errors? Clicking Configuration brings this error.

Configuration page failed to load, the server reported internal errors which may indicate you do not have access to this page.

Error: Request failed with status code 500

Then, this occurs when I try and configure a new input, selecting either option, O365 Email Groups, or O365 email.

I'm having the same problem with the Palo Alto add-on.

I'm having the same issue with a different app, wondering if anyone has found a solution to this.
