Why am I getting "There was an error processing the upload" trying to install the Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Powershell?

Hi,

I am using Splunk 6.2 and I am trying to install the Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Powershell through the UI by going in Apps -> Manage Apps, but getting an error (There was an error processing the upload.) so could anybody suggest for this? My Powershell version is 3 on my desktop.

that sounds like the .spl was corrupted at some point. They're just tar.gz files, it can be extracted into $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps.
