When I try to configure Cisco eStreamer for Splunk, I get the following screen:

Sounds like an installation problem. Did you follow the install guide here: https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/1629/#/details
Sorry if this is a lame response but I have to ask. There just isn't enough in your question to go on.
I have followed the directions in the link you provided and verified that all the perl modules are installed.
My problem is when I attempt to "setup" the app I get the 404 page not found error.
Any ideas?
