Where is Fortinet FortiGate Add-On for Splunk?

I can't find the Fortinet App when I go to Apps -> Browse more Apps.

In this Tutorial shows me I can find the Fortinet App.

Where can I find the App?

Try restarting Splunk
Is the app listed in $SPLUNK_HOME\etc\apps?
