What is the expected release date for the Splunk Addon for NetApp Data ONTAP?

The documentation for version 2.1.5 of the Splunk App for NetApp Data ONTAP says that the Addon is no longer bundled with the App. I do not see the Addon available within SplunkBase. I did find the Documentation available at http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/AddOns/released/NetApp/About and it references version 2.1.5 without any links to apps.splunk.com to download.

Is there an expected release date for when the AddOn will be available?

As far as I know, the planned release date of NetApp Add-on 2.1.5 is Jan. 12. I think the latest version should be updated to SplunkBase pretty soon.
