Webhooks Input: Can I create a setting so the user clicks on IP in the interesting fields and is sent to another website?

Hi Splunker,

I have power user access in Splunk and I have a Windows machine.
I wanted to have something like when a person clicks on IP in the interesting fields in Splunk He/She will be navigated to other website where He/She can see the details of that IP.

I am not sure how to do it. What I know I can use WebHook or HTTP Script but not sure if I will be able to do it with Power User access.
And I don't have much knowledge of a scripting language but I'm willing to learn.

Please suggest me how can I do this task and also please suggest some websites from where I can learn to write scripts for these kind of tasks.

I think you will find some good information on how to go about it here.

Things are much easier if your "clickable field" is part of a dashboard, because you can just use drilldown functionality. There are examples for how to do that in the Splunk Dashboard Examples App.
